Award Win for Fi Morley, General Manager of The Hub
The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of women working in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. The award was given to Fi, who joined the iconic Royal Mile venue in 2017, for her work including increasing sales by 20% in her first year.
Fi took the business to a turnover touching £1.5m and in November 2018 The Hub had a record month with turnover topping £250k for events. Core to success has been her focus on quality, service and standards, driving success using her distinctive style and flair.
Fi Morley commented: “I am thrilled to have been recognised as Venue Manager of The Year for The Hub. The award also recognises all the hard work that the whole team puts in.
