Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival returns for a second year

After a hugely successful first year, the Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival returns to the Assembly Rooms on 26 and 27 January for another packed weekend of talks, classes and workshops to help us all lead healthier and happier lives.
The festival will feature some of the biggest names in the wellness industry, covering everything from healthy eating, vegan and plant-based diets, to mindfulness, mental health, stress and sleep. There will also be even bigger yoga, fitness and meditation classes and an expanded marketplace, making room for more wellness products, health MOT’s, treatments and delicious food.
Speakers include rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and television personality Professor Green, award-winning cookery writer and anti-poverty campaigner Jack Monroe, Zen Buddhist monk and multi-million bestselling author Haemin Sunim, mental health awareness campaigners Natasha Devon MBE and Jonny Benjamin MBE, BBC 1’s Doctor in the House Rangan Chatterjee, and Instagram fitness blogger Carly Rowena. Classes will be led by award winn ing pilates instructor Hollie Grant, yoga teacher and mindfulness guru Julie Montagu, celebrity trainer Faisal Abdalla, world renowned yoga instructor Cat Meffan, and Edinburgh’s own Yoga Ganesh.
The full programme with many more talks and workshops will be announced in November.
