- Work with your caterer to ensure that you select the right foods for your refreshment breaks and lunch. Think about energising your delegates to ensure that the food doesn’t leave them feeling full
- Start on a high! Think of a way to invigorate your delegates at the start of the conference. This could be achieved by booking a motivating speaker, offering exciting welcome food or drink or even through an activity or music
