Moët Hennessy Tasting Dinners on board The Royal Yacht Britannia
Treat yourself, your family or clients to dinner aboard Britannia in the intimate surroundings of The Officers’ Wardroom. When in Royal service, a Wardroom dinner was always a grand affair and it is amidst these surroundings that you will be served an exquisite meal, prepared by Britannia’s Executive Chef, Mark Alston, and his talented team.
We are delighted to be working with Max Helm from Moët Hennessy who will conduct a very special tasting, with wines and Cognac paired with each course from the menu. Over the years, Max has developed a real passion for Cognac and will share with you his favourite expressions of Hennessy including the rare and elegant Paradis Impérial.
Your evening will start with a red carpet welcome as you are piped aboard Britannia via the Royal Brow, an entrance previously reserved for The Queen and members of the Royal Family. Enjoy a Hennessy Fine De Cognac cocktail on arrival in the State Drawing Room. This warm and welcoming room is the perfect place to relax, where Kings, Queens, Presidents and Prime Ministers were once entertained. You will then be taken through to the Officers’ Wardroom by Britannia’s butlers.
Moët Hennessy holds the Royal Warrant to supply Champagne to Her Majesty The Queen and we are proud to continue this relationship on board The Royal Yacht Britannia today.
