Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh
Known locally as the ‘Botanics’ and established in 1670, Scotland’s Premier Garden is one of the UK’s favourite attractions, welcoming over 700,000 visitors every year. Originally founded as a physic Garden at Holyrood, it moved to Leith and finally to its current site at Inverleith in 1820.
The Caledonian Hall and the iconic Glasshouses provide a magnificent setting for both corporate and private events. The Caledonian Hall can accommodate 90 for dinner or 120 for a drinks reception. A marquee can be erected on the Inverleith House lawn which can accommodate 600 for a dinner dance or 750 for a drinks reception.
The newly furbished Terrace Café, located next to Inverleith House, allows for a quiet evening event on the private terrace, with breathtaking views across the City. The Terrace Café can accommodate up to 80 for an indoor event or 150 for a summer BBQ or drinks reception.
In 2007 Prestige Scotland were appointed official hospitality providers for the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
