Visit Scotland award us a Five Star Rating

It was the fourth year in a row that the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena has received the award. The ‘mystery shopper’ visited our venue last month. Our high standards of tuition, customer service and catering all received a special mention with consistently high scores given in all areas.

EICA Manager Jo Mathieson said: “We are delighted to have our Five Star visitor attraction status confirmed by Visit Scotland and feel it is a well deserved accolade for all the hard work and dedication of the staff at the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena.

“It’s particularly encouraging to retain this status for the fourth consecutive year and we look forward to maintaining these high standards for all our customers in the future.”
